  • TSA Announces New “ClientConnect” Technology


    As the industry leader in collection services,Tri-State Adjustments, Inc. is excited to unveil it’s latest in a long list of technological advancements: ClientConnect

    ClientConnect is TSA’s new and improved online portal allowing our clients access to their information directly from our database. Through ClientConnect, TSA customers have unlimited opportunities to review a consumer’s account and take advantage of customized reporting tools.

    ClientConnect offers immediate web messaging with TSA’s customer service team and an improved user interface with a more modern look and feel. Another new ClientConnect feature is the ability to include attachments when listing new accounts.

    TSA’s ClientConnect replaces the former Client WebLink and offers a seamless transition for those customers familiar with the previous technology. All existing usernames and passwords have been integrated into the new system and are fully operational.
